Construction Start: March 2019 

Expected Completion & Opening: December 2025 with passenger service beginning in January 2026 to June 2026.

Project Cost: $4.9 billion P3 contract.

Function: An over 2.25-mile elevated electric people mover with six stations that provides reliable, time-certain access between LAX terminals, consolidated rental car facilities, parking structures, and connections to the Los Angeles Metro rail network, reducing roadway congestion and enhancing traveler mobility.
