Expected Completion & Opening: October 2026 (with operations beginning thereafter).
Project Cost: $1.3 Billion (GMP)
Function: Replaces the aging 1930s terminal with a modern facility offering improved safety (including seismic compliance and greater distance from runways), enhanced security, expanded concessions, centralized check-in and baggage services, and better passenger circulation while maintaining 14 gates and adding parking and support facilities.
